i have a ipod touch 2nd gen 8GB
i like it alot.
i havent got the balls to jailbreak it though

I'm thinking about getting an ipod touch. Is 8gb enough???

i thought it would be because i had an ipod nano that couldnt play videos. so i got 8GB.
i regret that so much now
because there are video podcasts and movies and stuff.
also 16GB and 32GB have much longer lasting batteries.
8GB battery for music is like 38hrs. still good though

I didn't know there was a 32gb touch. How much does a 16gb cost?

music, try 16 or if u can get 32 but u won't be able to view
32 a in one go so there ain't much point...

Hey George be aware that whatever it is in one store its 99% chance that its the same in the others, Apple Dictates what price to sell it at, JB Hi-fi got in quite a bit of trouble recently because they arent a licensed reseller of Apple products and decided to have an apple sale.. with reductions in price.. Apple wasnt too happy because in their contract it says you cannot sell for less... Best place to get it would be from Apple store or your local harvey norman etc.. Apple store has free shipping and you can do it all from home with just your 'rents credit card.

i noticed that none of the 8GB would go less then 330. but i found deals that were at teds like buy an 8GB ipod touch and get a free alarm clock docking station for free. so i got that

I think I saw free speakers once before as well... I think they were bad though.

yeah they were advertised at target two weeks back, a friend of mine was considering it, they arent too bad...
